Roers Property Management is excited to announce the opening of a new apartment complex it manages in Dickinson!
Prairie Winds Apartments opened to residents on August 1st. There are a total of 72 units within two 36-plex buildings at Prairie Winds. The buildings offer 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units and unique amenities like keyless entry into the building and units, kitchen islands and designated pantry space,and a playground on the property. The building was designed by RDI and construction was completed by Roers West.
In conjunction with the North Dakota Housing Finance Agency (NDHFA),RPM hosted an open house for Prairie Winds on August 25th. The event was attended by teams from RPM, RDI, and Roers West, employees from the City of Dickinson, representatives from other area businesses and organizations including the Dickinson Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Dennis Johnson, and Lt. Governor Drew Wrigley.
Prairie Winds is the first property managed by RPM to offer Housing Incentive Funds (HIF) to Essential Service Workers in Dickinson. HIF allows RPM to offer Essential Service Workers an opportunity for more affordable rent pricing. Essential Service Workers include individuals who earn below a specified income and work for the city, state, hospitals, long-term care facilities or similar businesses and organizations. RPM is working closely with area organizations to promote HIF in order to provide Essential Service Workers in Dickinson with a great place to call home at a more affordable rate.
