The Engagement Center at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks was originally built in 1902 for the University President. Described as one of the most fashionable homes in the Midwest, the residence has served as a dormitory, housed the Art Department and just before the remodel it was used as the UND Alumni Association & Foundation. The Roers team completed a remodeling of the inside, replacing footings and foundations as well as installing a new elevator. The building is now used as an engagement center for graduate and international students.
