The city of West Fargo’s population nearly doubled in the late 90s and 2000s. As they grew, their need to upgrade and their ability to provide services to the city also grew. West Fargo had considered constructing a low-cost wood pole structure to house their maintenance staff. Roers proposed that the existing precast KXJB television studio could be disassembled and moved to West Fargo, then reconstructed and repurposed for their needs. The result was a high quality structure for a similar budget provided for the city, turn key from Roers.
