The Martin Construction project consisted of a new two-story office and shop facility in Dickinson, ND. The Roers team worked with the Owner on several changes and upgrades throughout the project duration and still brought it in ahead of schedule and under budget. Some of the changes included: adding a welding shop, expanding the 2 overhead cranes from 25’ to 50’ spans while still maintaining the original hook height, related significant structural redesign and crane modifications.
