MSCTC had a need to convert an outdated auditorium space into a multi-use auditorium and convertible classroom space. Roers remodeled the area which is adjacent to the student commons and classrooms, minimizing disruption with hard wall temporary partitions, noise mitigation, and traffic redirection.
