The reconstruction of Lommen Hall on the MSUM Campus consisted of complete interior demolition and remodel, adding an elevator within the PH I building, 100% masonry restoration in PH II, and excavating the crawl space of the PH II building to create mechanical and electrical space. Both phases of this extremely complicated project were completed ahead of schedule to accommodate the owner’s desired occupancy.
