To bring a group of Roers employees together who will inspire the organization to engage in the community and encourage compassion for the local and regional community. The committee will actively demonstrate this through planning culture, philanthropic activities and community sponsorships.
The committee will meet 4 times a year (quarterly). During these meetings committee members will give updates on each subcommittee’s events and philanthropic efforts. The chairs of the subcommittees are responsible for the updates and will report on how they are achieving the committee’s mission.
