Additions to the three West Fargo elementary schools including Aurora, Freedom, and Independence will be constructed by Roers.
An overall remodel of the Wheaton High School will also include new ACT ceiling, HVAC system and electrical fixtures.
The project consisted of interior remodeling within two areas of the Comstock Memorial Union including related mechanical and electrical work. The Comstock Room was remodeled to open up the space, provide AV and storage space, and renovate the stairs and ramp into this space. The adjacent Dining Room was remodeled to provide a new dry storage and serving areas, while eliminating exits from the dish room and adjacent stair. The second area of remodeling included the removal and replacement of the railing system and stairways providing access between the corridor adjacent to the main lounge and the adjacent balcony above.
This project consisted of a new one-story, steel framed 2,240 SQ FT addition to the existing Wallman Wellness Center. Work included remodeling approximately 2,800 SQ FT of existing space within the Student Health area.
NDSU Football Offices were commissioned to be built following NDSU’s move to Division I Athletics. This high level office space features cherry finishes with granite floors and countertops along with state of the art audio/video systems. The locker rooms were also built with high level finishes such as epoxy floors and high-tech training equipment.
Hagen Hall Science Lab is a state of the art science lab building featuring chemical waste and ventilation systems, extensive lab casework, terrazzo floors and other amenities.
Roers recently completed construction of a new 58, 312 sf student housing complex on the University of Mary Bismarck campus. This three story girls dormitory consists of 69 suites with a total of 276 beds. It also has a chapel, a Residential Adviser apartment, Resident apartment for the Sisters, office and technology area with kitchen.
This 78,566 SQ FT field house is located on the University of Mary Bismarck campus. This project includes four basketball courts, a 200-meter track, tennis and racquetball courts, group fitness room, coaches’ offices, locker rooms, wellness center, student lounge and more. It is the result of a campus-wide master planning effort targeted to address student housing and evolving athletic needs with a growing student population.
Roers is currently constructing the second phase of the U32 design/build student housing complex in North Fargo. U32 Phase I grade totals 131,165 SF and the underground parking totals 25,036 SF. Structural materials consist of cast in place concrete walls and slab with precast concrete columns, beams, and plank deck lid for the underground parking. Floors 1-5 are wood framed construction with all exterior walls framed with fire treated lumber. Living unit options include efficiencies, one-, two-, three- or four bedroom apartments fully stocked with top notch amenities– in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel kitchen package, cutting-edge technology package, wellness/fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, volleyball, and much more.
Phase II was added in 2019 and is a great addition to the student housing complex in North Fargo. Living unit options include efficiencies, one-, two-, three- or four bedroom apartments with high end amenities — in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances cutting-edge technology package, a yoga studio and a game room and multiple study rooms. Residents have full access to amenities in the Phase I building including wellness/fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.
With the increased demand for student housing in the North Dakota State University area, Roers strategically purchased land bordering campus on which to build. Construction of Phase I was completed in August 2011 in time for the Fall 2011 school semester. Phase II began in June of 2013 and will include 80 additional units as well as underground parking.
