Bright Sky Apartments is permanent supportive housing located in Moorhead, Minnesota. Roers constructed the apartments which includes 43 units of permanent supportive housing for adults and families. The facility also includes group meeting areas for support and empowerment groups as well as classes for their residents.


Three Affiliated Tribes (TAT) Project

The Three Affiliated Tribes Female Transitional Housing Project is a $5.5 million project and will begin October 2019. Phase I of the project will provide living space and continuum of care for clients who have completed the licensed substance abuse residential treatment project at the nearby Good Road Recovery Center and now are eligible for intensive outpatient step-down recovery treatment. The facility includes 18 2-bedroom apartments with living/dining and a bathroom, 4 2-bedroom family units, each with adult and children’s beds and two long-term efficiency apartments for live-in resident staff. The facility will hold 42 beds in total. The facility also includes a Recovery Support Child Care drop in day care center for up to six children for females with families. The center will double as an on-site tornado shelter also. The new facility is located on a 2.8 acre Greenfield site owned by the Three Affiliated Tribes in north Bismarck. The housing project will be fully owned and operated by the Three Affiliated Tribes.

The Cape At Savona Point

Roers Development created The Cape at Savona Point apartment community to address the need of multifamily housing in Cape Coral. With the partnership of the city and local contractor, Roers developed a 320 unit, four story apartment complex in the southwest part of Cape Coral.

The 20-acre, resort-style community features one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments ranging from 750 square feet to 1,310 square feet.  Interior amenities include nine-foot ceilings, walk-in closets, granite countertops, tile backsplashes, tile walk in showers, luxury flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, user choice internet/TV and a lanai.

One of the best assets of the property is the picturesque views of the lake and thoughtfully designed landscaping. Amenities will include an expansive clubhouse, tiki hut, dog grooming center, yoga studio, fitness center, gaming area, lounge, outdoor kitchen, resort-style pool, cabanas, pickleball court, two dog parks, walking trails, playground and picnic area with grilling stations, and car charging station. All while being a secure gated community.

Construction was done in phases and completed fully in November 2020.

In June of 2021, Roers sold the asset a national investment fund out of Texas.

U of Mary Student Housing

Roers recently completed construction of a new 58, 312 sf student housing complex on the University of Mary Bismarck campus. This three story girls dormitory consists of 69 suites with a total of 276 beds. It also has a chapel, a Residential Adviser apartment, Resident apartment for the Sisters, office and technology area with kitchen.

U32 Apartments

Roers is currently constructing the second phase of the U32 design/build student housing complex in North Fargo. U32 Phase I grade totals 131,165 SF and the underground parking totals 25,036 SF. Structural materials consist of cast in place concrete walls and slab with precast concrete columns, beams, and plank deck lid for the underground parking. Floors 1-5 are wood framed construction with all exterior walls framed with fire treated lumber. Living unit options include efficiencies, one-, two-, three- or four bedroom apartments fully stocked with top notch amenities– in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel kitchen package, cutting-edge technology package, wellness/fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, volleyball, and much more.

Phase II was added in 2019 and is a great addition to the student housing complex in North Fargo. Living unit options include efficiencies, one-, two-, three- or four bedroom apartments with high end amenities — in-unit washer and dryer, stainless steel kitchen appliances cutting-edge technology package, a yoga studio and a game room and multiple study rooms. Residents have full access to amenities in the Phase I building including wellness/fitness center, indoor pool, hot tub and sauna.



T Lofts Apartments

With the increased demand for student housing in the North Dakota State University area, Roers strategically purchased land bordering campus on which to build. Construction of Phase I was completed in August 2011 in time for the Fall 2011 school semester. Phase II began in June of 2013 and will include 80 additional units as well as underground parking.

The Commons & Landing Apartments

Roers partnered with IRET of Minot to design-build and co-own this large mixed-level apartment complex in southwest Minot. The Commons is a 233-unit, upscale apartment complex featuring spacious units along with amenities such as underground parking, indoor and outdoor pools, a lounge, and an exercise room. The Landing is a 108-unit complex on the same site of moderate amenities featuring an outdoor pool, elevator and on-grade parking.

SGC Apartments

The Urban Loft style is demonstrated through stained concrete floors and ceilings, exposed duct work and unique sliding door features between rooms. This multi-family residential project features 75 units, underground parking, and an airy, big city feel. The post-tension concrete frame allows for exposed, concrete floors and ceilings and a substantial, sound-absorbing structure.
