This project includes the demolition of an existing old hospital clinic interior and remodel the space for Dakota College at Bottineau – Minot CTE Center. Remodel of interior to include revised building layout and new finishes. Some exterior rework is to include a new canopy and minimal work to building exterior finishes are needed to complete this project.
