The Bobcat North American Headquarters Expansion and Remodel project is a complex 8-phase project consisting of remodeling the existing 60,000 SF office building while adding on a 50,000 SF expansion. The owner continued to occupy the building during construction requiring complex coordination between the occupants and the construction team. The iconic expansion portion opened for use in November of 2016 with the final remodel completion in February 2018.
