This project involved the adaptive reuse of a former hospital with major demolition and reconstruction required. Today, Legacy Living Center is a senior community that offers an affordable, unique, and fulfilling living environment. A variety of uses occur on-site, including housing, community dining, and wellness/health-related uses.
