The M State Library and Classrooms Addition was completed in May 2012 by Roers Construction. The project consisted of a 2-story addition that houses the new campus library on the first floor with classrooms and staff offices on the second floor. The steel framed, masonry, precast and aluminum curtainwall clad building meets the stringent MN State Colleges and Universities construction guidelines for 50+ year construction.
