The New Life Center project consisted of renovating the existing building which was built in 1968. The shelter provides not only living facilities for homeless in the Fargo/Moorhead community but also creates an environment for each of them to thrive in. The Roers team worked with New Life Center staff from the project’s conception to bring to life their dream of a facility providing much needed space and accommodations for their guests.
