Roers worked with the City of Minot to build affordable housing units for individuals 55+ in a complex called Souris Heights. This property is a 3-story wood-framed building with 54 units (mix of one and two bedroom). Units will have an elevator, community room, beauty shop, guest suite, fitness room, patio with grill, and two attached parking garages.
Souris Heights is a project that has partnerships between Beyond Shelter, Inc, City of Minot, Minot Housing Authority, North Dakota Housing Agency, and Bank of North Dakota.
