The Engagement Center at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, was originally built in 1902 for the University President. Described as one of the most fashionable homes in the Midwest, the residence has served as a dormitory, housed the Art Department and most recently the UND Alumni Association & Foundation.  The Roers team will be remodeling the inside, replacing footings and foundations as well as installing a new elevator. The building will be used as an engagement center for graduate and international students.
