Westwood Galleria is located in the heart of Fargo’s retail center along 13th Avenue. After a rough North Dakota winter, the roof collapsed due to heavy snow making the tenants evacuate. Roers was hired as the General Contractor for this project. Roers gutted about half of the building and is currently putting the common spaces and utility rooms back together. A complete overhaul to the exterior of the building was also completed including all new masonry, metal siding, and aluminum windows and doors to update the exterior.
Roers partnered with a realty company to modernize the look and feel of this building. It will have multiple spaces for commercial tenants to rent and fit ups will be constructed as needed for new tenants.
